The Compatibility of Area Functions Map with Actual Site Conditions in Konawe Selatan District

The Konawe Selatan District region is characterized by Karst hills, various soil types, and steep slopes. Functional classification considers the physical non-physical characteristics of location to determine its many uses. map developed Regulation Agriculture Minister Indonesia should be checked with actual condition for validation process before presenting society Local government. Therefore, this research aimed compatibility area function result conditions in District, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. a regional survey, collecting data from interviews observations, were analyzed descriptively quantitatively percentages. results show that 89.61%, functioning as guideline land use plan. Furthermore, could guide potential land-use planning functions such protected forests, limited production rice fields, settlements. In conclusion, appropriate disseminating information material policies stakeholders.
